FunctieOperationeel:
- Opvolgen en beheren van voorraadniveaus.
- Aansturen van verkoop- en productieorders.
- Opstellen, opvolgen en bijsturen van de productieplanning, rekening houdend met prioriteiten, bezetting, beschikbaarheid van grondstoffen en machines.
- Signaleren en oplossen van capaciteits- en planningsproblemen.
- Afstemmen en communiceren van levertermijnen met interne afdelingen.
- Toezien op productiviteit en efficiëntie van het productieproces.
- Garanderen van productkwaliteit en nemen van corrigerende/preventieve acties in overleg met de kwaliteitsafdeling.
- Behandelen van klachten en afwijkingen in productie.
- Verbeteren en implementeren van processen en werkinstructies in samenwerking met kwaliteitsmedewerkers.
- Coördineren van onderhoud en herstellingen samen met de technische dienst.
- Actief opvolgen van trends en ontwikkelingen binnen de sector.
- Zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving en adequaat ingrijpen bij risico’s.
Leidinggevend:
- Instaan voor opleiding, begeleiding en coaching van (nieuwe) medewerkers.
- Motiveren en aansturen van het team.
- Aanleveren van gegevens voor kostprijsberekening.
- Je werkt dagelijks samen met de productieverantwoordelijke en collega’s van je afdeling.
- Je stemt regelmatig af met collega’s van aankoop, verkoop, kwaliteit, magazijn en onderhoud.
- Je neemt deel aan multidisciplinaire vergaderingen met leidinggevenden en collega’s van verschillende afdelingen.
- Je onderhoudt sporadisch contact met klanten, leveranciers en externe partners binnen het vakgebied.
- Je beschikt over een technisch diploma of hebt gelijkwaardige kennis verworven door relevante werkervaring
- Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen een productieomgeving
