Are you passionate about the automotive industry and love delivering top-notch customer service? Diehl Subaru, a trusted name in the area and part of the respected Diehl Automotive Group, is looking for a driven, energetic, and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team!
As a Service Advisor you will:
- Greet customers and guide them through their service experience with professionalism and care.
- Obtain accurate information regarding the customers vehicle, documenting any and all concerns to the repair order.
- Advise customers on the maintenance intervals according manufacturers specifications.
- Provide customers with a complete and accurate estimate for labor and parts.
- Communicate with technicians and keep customers updated on their vehicle status.
- Handle telephone inquiries regarding customer concerns, appointments, and post visit follow-up.
- Build lasting relationships and ensure every customer leaves with a smile!
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for helping people.
- Experience in automotive customer service industry (preferred).
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
