We are seeking a passionate *Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT/DPT)* to join our collaborative team in *Palatine, Illinois*. Whether you are an experienced pediatric PT or a new graduate with a passion for working with children, we would love to hear from you!

Position Responsibilities
* Evaluate and treat infants, children, adolescents, and young adults with a variety of developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and musculoskeletal needs.
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's strengths, goals, and interests.
* Provide engaging, play-based physical therapy services.
* Collaborate closely with families and caregivers to support carryover of skills at home.
* Work alongside speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and mental health providers to provide comprehensive care.
* Complete evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports, and documentation in a timely manner.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive clinic culture.
Areas of Treatment May Include
* Developmental delays
* Gross motor delays
* Torticollis and plagiocephaly
* Toe walking
* Balance and coordination difficulties
* Low muscle tone (hypotonia)
* Strength and endurance deficits
* Gait abnormalities
* Sports injuries and rehabilitation
* Post-surgical rehabilitation
* Neurological and genetic conditions
QualificationsRequired:
* Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
* Current Illinois Physical Therapy license
* At least 1 year of pediatric experience in Physical Therapy
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Passion for working with children and families
Preferred:
* Pediatric experience in Physical Therapy
* Experience with early intervention services
* Knowledge of DIRFloortime®, sensory-motor development, torticollis treatment, reflex integration, or neurodevelopmental treatment

*Pay:* Competitive and based on experience
Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
