Paid Search & Display Specialist - Cincinnati, OH Watson's is hiring a Paid Search & Display Specialist to join our Marketing division and support all Corporate, Franchise and Franchise affiliates.
Job Summary The Search Marketing and Display Specialist at Watson's will be responsible for the day-to-day management and growth of paid search and display campaigns for Watson's and affiliates. Driven by a deep understanding and ability to execute on paid search and display advertising campaigns, the Search Marketing and Display Specialist will work to maximize brand visibility leading to quality web traffic in order to drive consumer action and revenue growth. Ultimately, the role helps to build and shape a dynamic digital environment for the brand by leveraging a variety of tools and skillsets in their oversight of paid media campaigns. This role indirectly supports all aspects of the Sales, Marketing and Buying divisions, on Corporation-wide (including Franchise & Franchise Affiliates) level.
Primary Responsibilities
Create and manage paid search and display advertising campaigns across platforms for branding and category opportunities including programmatic and remarketing.
Manage keyword/bid strategy optimization and A/B testing.
Conduct ongoing keyword research to find new areas of opportunity.
Ensure brand messaging consistency across markets and delivery platforms.
Build effective shopping campaigns and manage associated feeds.
Manage the paid search and display budgets with a focus on ROAS, pacing, and reconciliation.
Deliver video campaigns across streaming and video platforms.
Monitor the competitive landscape to maintain visibility into potential share of voice shifts.
Analyze and report on paid search performance to marketing stakeholders.
Partner with Graphic Designer for asset creation.
Work with our SEO agency to coordinate and enhance our organic strategy.
Performance KPIs
Increase website engagement of users entering the site from managed media channels
Increase store visit conversion from managed media channels
Written sales (retail stores & eCommerce) increases in promoted categories or products
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience: 1-2 years digital campaign management and media buying
SEO experience preferred
Experience using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Google Data Studio experience preferred
Proficient with Excel
Google/Bing Ads certification
