Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales consultants to consistently exceed sales goals.
Drive new and pre‑owned vehicle sales while maintaining strong gross profit.
Manage daily sales operations, including desking deals and structuring transactions.
Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and dealership objectives.
Train and develop sales staff through ongoing coaching and performance management.
Ensure a first‑class customer experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery.
Collaborate with the F&I department to maximize product penetration and customer satisfaction.
Maintain compliance with manufacturer and dealership policies.
Recruit and develop top sales talent.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of automotive sales management experience.
Strong leadership and team‑building skills.
Proven ability to desk deals and manage inventory effectively.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Track record of increasing sales volume and profitability.
CDK/Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
