Wij zijn op zoek naar een technisch commercieel bediende - binnendienst voor onze klant gelegen in de industriezone tussen Boechout en Lier.
Wat zit er in jouw takenpakket:
- Bijstaan van de klanten zowel telefonisch als via mail.
- Advies en technische ondersteuning bieden aan klanten.
- Het commerciële proces van A-Z afhandelen waarbij je onder andere klanten zal informeren over levertijden, beschikbare voorraden, orders ingeven in Navision, ...
- Technische offertes opstellen.
- Ook de klachten neem jij professioneel voor jouw rekening en behandel jij.
Je komt terecht in een team van ongeveer 10 personen.
Je werkt van 8u30 - 17u maar op vrijdag begint je weekend al om 16u.

Profiel kandidaat
- Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een commerciële functie.
- Je hebt een goed technisch inzicht eventueel vanuit je technische achtergrond.
- De Nederlandse, Franse, Duitse en Engelse taal beheers je vlot. Zo kan je hun internationale klanten vlot te woord staan. Ook andere Scandinavische talen zijn een pluspunt.
- Je bent leergierig, zelfstandig en kan oplossingsgericht werken.
- Pluspunt: je hebt ervaring met Navision.
