Onze klant is een projectorganisatie die op maat gemaakte oplossingen uitwerkt om de brandveiligheid en een aangenaam binnenklimaat van gebouwen te garanderen, in opdracht van verschillende klanten: zoals aannemers, architecten en studiebureaus. Ze werken nauw samen met hun klanten om hen een one-stop-shop ervaring aan te bieden, en dit vanaf ontwerpfase tot onderhoud.
FunctieMomenteel zijn we op zoek naar een Project Manager om industriële totaalprojecten succesvol te organiseren en coördineren. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de goedkeuring, montage, indienststelling en oplevering van projecten op klantlocaties, waarbij kwaliteit, kwantiteit en veiligheid altijd centraal staan.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Coördinatie, financiële opvolging en oplevering van industriële projecten (ventilatie en cooling) op klantlocaties. Waarde van projecten kan oplopen tot 3 miljoen euro.
- Leiden van vergaderingen om projectvoortgang te monitoren, projectplannen te bespreken en technische uitdagingen te overwinnen.
- Aansturen van zowel interne teams (monteurs/techniekers) als externe onderaannemers.
- Regelmatig afstemmen met collega’s van engineering en planning voor technische ondersteuning en planning.
- Bewaken van projectkwaliteit en veiligheid op de werkvloer.
- Rapporteren aan de Director Projects.
Wij zoeken een kandidaat die beschikt over:
- Een hogere opleiding en relevante ervaring in projectmanagement binnen een industriële context.
- Uitstekende projectmanagement-vaardigheden en het vermogen om complexe projecten succesvol te sturen.
- Ervaring met resource-management en budgetbeheer.
- Sterke communicatie- en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden om goede relaties met interne en externe stakeholders te onderhouden.
- Klantgerichtheid en creatieve probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
- Bereidheid om wekelijks minstens één dag naar Melle, nabij Gent, te reizen.
- Bereid om projectlocaties in Vlaanderen, Brussel en sporadisch ook Wallonië te bezoeken.
- Vloeiende kennis van het Nederlands. Bijkomende kennis van Engels en Frans is een plus.
