Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience in bar management or a similar hospitality role.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including cost control and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership and staff training skills.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
