Locums - York, Pennsylvania Urology Opportunity (IMLC Accepted) Clinical Role Join an established Urology practice in York, Pennsylvania, providing outpatient clinic coverage with a mix of office visits and in-office procedures. This ongoing locums opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to work alongside experienced staff while helping supervise newly hired Advanced Practice Providers. Assignment Details Coverage Dates: August 31, 2026: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM September 1-4, 2026: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM September 8-10, 2026: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM September 28-30, 2026: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM October 1-2, 2026: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM October 5-9, 2026: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM October 12-16, 2026: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Ongoing full-week coverage opportunities available. Position Highlights Clinic-based Urology practiceMonday-Friday scheduleNo hospital rounding requiredRobotic surgery availableEpic EMRStrong support staffIMLC acceptedOpportunity for ongoing coverage Schedule & Coverage Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM One-hour lunch daily Coverage Focus: Outpatient clinic Office procedures Supervision of newly hired APPs
Clinical Details & Responsibilities Practice Setting: Clinic Patient Population: Adults age 18+ Rare pediatric emergency torsion cases may occur while on facility call
Average Daily Volume: Approximately 24-28 patients per day Mix of office visits and procedures
Office Procedures and Services: Vasectomy Vasectomy reversal (preferred but not required) Cystoscopy Prostate procedures Ureteroscopy Penile plication Penile implants (rare) Lithotripsy Orchiopexy Injections and office-based procedures
Robotic surgery available if part of provider's practice. Facility Information: 16 operating rooms across two facilities Cystoscope and towers available Office-based procedural equipment available
Support & Technology EMR: Epic Clinic Support Staff: 4 Medical Assistants 1 Clinical Service Associate (CSA) 1 Registered Nurse
Provider will supervise newly hired Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology - RequiredPennsylvania License or IMLC Letter of Qualification - RequiredDEA Registration - RequiredMinimum of 1 year of experience - RequiredComfortable performing general Urology procedures - Required Organization & Team Established outpatient Urology practiceStrong clinical and administrative support staffCollaborative practice environmentOpportunity for recurring full-week coverage assignmentsSupportive infrastructure with procedural capabilities both in clinic and hospital settings About York, Pennsylvania Location & Access:
