Functieomschrijving:
Als operator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van het gehele productieproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles efficiënt verloopt en dat de kwaliteit van de halffabricaten constant hoog blijft, samen met je collega's. Gedurende je werk houd je de machines nauwlettend in de gaten en pak je direct mogelijke storingen aan om de productie niet te onderbreken.
Ook voer je diverse onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit om de installaties in optimale conditie te houden. Je houdt nauwkeurig bij wat er geproduceerd wordt en controleert of de kwaliteit voldoet aan de gestelde normen. Door je registraties zorg je voor een compleet overzicht van het productieproces, hierdoor denk je actief mee over hoe processen nog beter kunnen verlopen en draag je bij aan continue verbetering.
