We are looking for an Associate PI Broker to join our growing Construction team, supporting clients across the UK and Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for a broker looking to develop their technical expertise within a specialist PI environment, working on a diverse portfolio of construction-focused risks.

You will be responsible for the placement and servicing of PI risks for a varied client base, predominantly contractors and house builders, ranging from SME to larger, more complex accounts, supporting senior brokers on those placements

• Placement of Professional Indemnity programmes within the Construction sector
• Day-to-Day servicing for a portfolio of UK & Ireland clients
• Assisting with market submissions and insurer negotiations to secure competitive terms
• Supporting renewals, and handling general client PI contract and coverage queries
• Building strong relationships with clients and insurer partners
• Working closely with senior brokers on larger, more complex accounts

• Previous professional indemnity broking experience, ideally within commercial or specialty lines
• Interest in or exposure to Construction risks (desirable, not essential)
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging both internal and external stakeholders
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills
• A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop within a specialist team
