Als Kostprijs Analist ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen business, finance en it-delivery. Jij doorgrondt hoe ict-diensten écht werken: hun technische opbouw, hun operationele levenscyclus, hun kostenstructuren en de waarde toevoeging voor klanten. Vervolgens vertaal je die inzichten naar heldere financiële modellen, kostprijsberekeningen, prijsstrategieën en data gedreven stuurinformatie.
Met jouw analytische blik koppel je kosten aan de juiste drivers. Je kijkt bijvoorbeeld naar capaciteit, verbruik, servicelevels en levenscycluskosten. Ook neem je sourcingmodellen, cloudcomponenten, security en innovatieroadmaps mee in je modellen. Je bouwt daarmee de financiële fundamenten waarop productmanagement en directie kunnen sturen.
Je werkt samen met productmanagers, solution architecten, service delivery teams, finance controllers en strategisch management. Dankzij jouw modellen ziet iedereen in één oogopslag wat een dienst kost, wat deze oplevert, hoe deze presteert en zich verder moet ontwikkelen.
Wat ga je o.a. doen als Kostprijs Analist?
Je analyseert de ict-diensten in detail (cloud, workplace, datacenter, security, outsourcing) en vertaalt de technische opbouw naar financiële componenten
Je ontwikkelt kostprijsmodellen,driver systematieken en tariefstructuren voor managed services en cloud-gebaseerde diensten
Je maakt dashboards en stuurinformatie met Power BI of Excel Power Query ter ondersteuning van productmanagement
Je modelleert scenario’s voor investeringen, levenscyclusbeheer, sourcing varianten en portfolio optimalisatie
Je verbindt business, it en finance en creëert overzicht, consistentie en data gedreven besluitvorming
Wat neem je mee?
aantoonbare ervaring met het opstellen van kostprijsmodellen, prijsstrategieën, TCO-analyses en businesscases met betrekking tot ict-dienstverlening/ managed services;
kennis van ict-diensten en architecturen (zoals servers, storage, backup, security, workplace, virtualisatie, netwerk);
een sterke analytische achtergrond: data-analyse, procesanalyse en modellering;
ervaring met tooling zoals Excel (gevorderd), Power Query, Power BI of vergelijkbaar;
kennis van productmanagement, portfolio governance en levenscyclusbeheer
