- Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung von Content für die Interne Kommunikation an verschiedene Stakeholder (Müller Print- und Online-Magazine sowie Intranet etc.), monitorst und evaluierst den Erfolg dieser Beiträge.
- Du erstellst Kommunikationsstrategien und Guidelines für die interne Kommunikation sowohl lokal als auch global.
- Du erstellst, redigierst und pflegst Beiträge für das Intranet und unterstützt die Ländergesellschaften bei der Erstellung von Beiträgen und der Themenfindung.
- Auch die Erstellung einfacher Visuals und Videos gehört zu Deinen Aufgaben.
- Reporting, Trendbeobachtung und Kennzahlenaufbereitung für die oben genannten Maßnahmen übernimmst Du ebenfalls.
- Du gehst aktiv mit anderen Abteilungen lokal und global zur Themenfindung in den Austausch.
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kommunikation, Medien, Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der internen Kommunikation.
- Du verfügst über exzellente schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch.
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Kommunikationsstrategien.
- Du bist kreativ und hast eine starke konzeptionelle Fähigkeit bei der Erstellung von Kommunikationsmaterialien.
- Du hast Erfahrung mit digitalen Kommunikationsplattformen und modernen Tools der internen Kommunikation.
- Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Eigeninitiative zeichnen dich aus.
