In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customersbuilding relationships, responding to inquiries, and supporting the Sales team by creating quality appointment opportunities. Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday 8:30a-4:30p
Compensation: $16.30/hr + Commission
What You Will Do:
- Build long-term relationships with guests through consistent communication.
- Assist the Sales department with incoming vehicle inquiries.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls for new and used vehicle leads.
- Follow up on internet leads and owner loyalty databases.
- Gather, track, and update guest information accurately.
- Maintain detailed notes and timely updates within the CRM.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for the Sales team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 6 months to 1 year recent experience as a BDC Representative or related position preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
- Proficient finance knowledge, documentation skills, phone etiquette, effective scheduling.
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred.
- Ready to waste no time on learning new product ins and outs, eager to improve.
- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members.
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
