FunctieAls Operations Manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het sturen en begeleiden van het logistieke team. Maar hoe ziet dat er dan concreet uit?
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de logistieke organisatie naar een hoger niveau wordt getild, met impact op klanten zowel nationaal als internationaal. In deze rol beheer je het volledige logistieke traject, van goederenontvangst tot levering
- Leid en motiveer het team van chauffeurs, zowel interne medewerkers als externe partners
- Zorg voor een efficiënte planning en stockbeheer
- Spot verbeterkansen en optimaliseer processen voor een vlottere werking
- Onderhoud nauwe contacten met leveranciers, klanten en transporteurs
Hoe ziet jouw profiel als operations manager er uit?
- Bij voorkeur een opleiding in een relevante richting gecombineerd met wat ervaring
- Een ondernemende 'can do' mentaliteit, wij zijn hier hands on en helpen bij elkaar waar kan
- Bij voorkeur al een eerste ervaring met leiding geven en nemen
- Bewezen People management vaardigheden
- Nauwkeurigheid, stressbestendigheid en gedrevenheid. Flexibiliteit is belangrijk
- Taalvaardigheid in Nederlands, Engels en Frans. Frans wordt hier 70% van de tijd gebruikt
