The Multnomah Athletic Club (MAC) is seeking a Director of Facilities to join the club's Executive Leadership team. This Director will lead the strategy, operations, and long-term vision for maintenance, asset management, housekeeping, and laundry services, ensuring MAC's facilities are safe, modern, impeccably maintained, and aligned with evolving member expectations. This role plays a critical role in shaping enterprise-wide strategy in support of the General Manager's vision and the Club's long-term priorities. - A minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience in facilities management or a similarly complex operational environment.
- Proven success managing large-scale facilities, capital projects, and diverse operational teams.
- Strong financial acumen, with hands-on experience managing operating and capital budgets.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
- Deep understanding of OSHA, ADA, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Executive-level leadership presence with the ability to influence, align, and drive outcomes across a matrixed organization.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- A leadership style grounded in trust, collaboration, accountability, and service excellence.
