The Opportunity
We are collaborating with multiple companies in Holt seeking experienced Inventory Control Managers. These organizations value long-term fit and are looking for professionals who bring both skill and alignment. By joining our network, you gain access to opportunities tailored to your goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
- Oversee the accurate tracking and reconciliation of inventory through regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and recommend adjustments to inventory levels.
- Collaborate with production, purchasing, and warehousing teams to ensure efficient material flow and inventory accuracy.
- Manage and mentor inventory control staff, providing training and performance feedback.
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems and technologies, such as ERP or WMS.
- Monitor and report on key inventory performance indicators, including turns, accuracy, and obsolescence.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in inventory control, logistics, or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and WMS.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and improve inventory control processes, reducing costs and optimizing stock levels.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with ERP system implementation or optimization.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
- APICS CSCP or CPIM certification.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with RFID or other advanced inventory tracking technologies.
