Job Duties:
- Control all inbound and outbound truck, employee, and visitor traffic.
- Verify identification and credentials before granting access.
- Enforce a strict no-identification, no-entry policy with no exceptions.
- Inspect shipping paperwork, bills of lading, and delivery documentation as required.
- Maintain accurate electronic and written gate logs.
- Communicate professionally with drivers, employees, and site management.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and report suspicious or unauthorized activity immediately.
- Conduct vehicle inspections when required by site procedures.
- Respond to emergencies and follow all site security protocols.
- Perform routine patrols of the gate and surrounding area.
- Complete detailed incident and activity reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service while consistently enforcing client policies.

- Comfortable enforcing policies in a professional manner.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced gate environment.
- Able to stand, walk, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic computer and smartphone skills.
- Previous security, military, law enforcement, logistics, or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
