This role is ideal for a proven automotive professional who thrives on coaching others, driving results, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a GSM, you will play a key role in mentoring Sales Associates, improving team performance, helping customers through the buying process, and managing new/used inventory. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, a track record of success in automotive sales, and a hands-on approach to desking and closing deals. Responsibilities
