Do Work That Actually Matters At Witmer Public Safety Group, your work directly supports first responders and municipal agencies. The products you sell help people do their jobs safely and effectively.
This role is for someone who wants to build relationships, drive results, and take ownership of their work in a fast-paced, team-oriented sales environment.
What You’ll Be Responsible For This is an active inside sales role where you’ll balance
new business development, customer support, and deal execution .
You will:
Proactively reach out to municipal and government customers to generate new opportunities
Respond quickly and thoughtfully to inbound inquiries and quote requests
What a Typical Day Looks Like
A mix of outbound outreach and inbound customer engagement
Managing and advancing multiple quotes and opportunities
Problem-solving with customers to find the right solution
Coordinating internally to keep orders moving
Keeping your pipeline organized and up to date
You’ll stay busy, but the work is varied and meaningful.

Requirements What You Bring Core Strengths
Strong communication and listening skills
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend solutions
Good judgment and decision-making in a fast-paced environment
Organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities
A positive, professional approach with customers and teammates
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2–3 years of professional work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
Preferred Experience
Familiarity with government or municipal customers
First responder or military background
