Summary Responsible for driving business development and achieving sales and CRM targets across open-sell retailers such as Sephora and Ulta within the Atlanta market. Executes territory-specific brand programs and omni-channel initiatives to elevate retail sales and client experience through regular in-store presence. Leads and develops Market Leads, Selling Specialists, and Freelancers to uphold brand image and maximize productivity and profitability.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute territory plans to meet and exceed sales, market rank, and penetration goals.
Collaborate with the Area Manager and cross-functional partners to analyze market trends and prioritize opportunities.
Drive CRM and omni-channel execution with retailer partners to optimize client acquisition and retention.
Ensure consistent brand image, product launches, and visual merchandising at retail counters.
Recruit, coach, and manage freelance and store-based Brand Ambassadors, providing hands‑on field support and side‑by‑side selling.
Manage budgets, staffing productivity, and ROI to maximize profitability.
Requirements
5+ years of sales management and people leadership experience in a retail environment; luxury and cosmetics experience preferred.
Proven coaching and talent development skills, including recruiting and managing freelance teams.
Strong makeup artistry or demonstrated ability to apply makeup across diverse skin tones; deep fragrance category knowledge preferred.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills with proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and business intelligence tools.
Ability to travel regularly and maintain a visible in-store presence; resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.
