Salary:
$85,000–$110,000+ annually (DOE)
Bonuses:

is hiring a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team in Bend, Oregon. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, collaborate with experienced clinicians, and grow your career through structured mentorship and advanced training pathways.

Job Description
Provide high‑quality outpatient orthopedic care to patients of all ages
Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence‑based practice
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient progress
Participate in mentorship, continuing education, and professional development programs
Engage with the community through outreach and local partnerships
Qualifications
Current or upcoming Oregon Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure)
Graduate or upcoming graduate of an accredited DPT program
Experience treating a wide range of diagnoses and patient populations
Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships
Commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence‑based care
