We’re looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our team in the UK and help us acquire new customers while growing and retaining our existing client base. As an ISR at NetApp, you’ll be at the forefront of our sales strategy, responsible for: Driving customer acquisition and retention through phone, email, and digital tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, etc.). Understanding customer business needs and articulating NetApp’s value proposition to address their challenges. Generating opportunities through proactive prospecting (cold calling, targeted campaigns) and managing your pipeline. Serving as the first point of contact for customers and prospects, answering technical and commercial inquiries. Tracking and managing your sales activities in our CRM system (opportunities, forecasting, reporting).
Continuous Learning: Access to training, resources, and certifications to advance your skills. Minimum of 18-24 months in sales, marketing, or a related field (internships and entry-level roles welcome).
Strong sales mindset and ability to persuade and influence (verbal/written). Proficiency with prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, CRM). Understanding of technological challenges (Cloud, storage, IT solutions). Fluent English (international environment).
