Weather Shield, now a part of the Pella Family of Brands, is seeking a Territory Manager to manage the Massachusetts - Maine territory. The Territory Manager is responsible for the promotion and sales of Weather Shield window and door products in a specified territory. Maintaining current accounts and prospecting new accounts. Promote Weather Shield products across the territory, driving account growth. The ideal candidate will have window and door or similar industry experience and proven success growing accounts and driving sales. This position will have a home office and will mostly work in the field with monthly travel to accounts within the assigned territory.

ResponsibilitiesPrincipal duties and responsibilities:
- Maintain relations with current established account and develop new accounts.
- Support accounts with sales training, product samples and attending sales functions.
- Maintain good communication with Sales Managers, Customer Service and Field Service employees.
- Write business plans, weekly expense reports and monthly sales reports.
- Assist dealers and distributors with product issues.
- Promote product in territory with architects and builders.
- Perform other job-related duties as necessary to fulfill responsibilities of position.
- Frequent travel to accounts within territory may require overnight travel
Knowledge, skills and abilities required: Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field required. Must have valid driver's license and at least 3 years of outside sales experience. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of millwork industry or some experience working with architects or some experience working with high-end building material dealers. Must have good customer service skills, ability to build and maintain relationships. Must be proficient in MS Office and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Physical requirements: While performing duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, keyboards, or keypads. The employee is frequently required to talk, hear, and to reach with hands and arms. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move boxes or products of 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this include close vision. Working conditions: Will work within company and customer facilities and within a vehicle and construction sites.
