Vanuit een sterk uitgebouwde eigen productie ontwerpt, bouwt en assembleren ze hoogwaardige koelinstallaties en -meubels voor bakkers, slagers, supermarkten en andere foodprofessionals. Dankzij de nauwe samenwerking tussen engineering, productie en plaatsing begeleiden ze projecten van ontwerp tot oplevering en onderhoud, met een uitgesproken focus op energie-efficiënte en innovatieve koeltechnieken. Ter uitbreiding van het team zijn ze momenteel op zoek naar een service coördinator.
FunctieAls Service Coördinator ben je de drijvende kracht achter een efficiënte planning en coördinatie van interventies en onderhoudswerkzaamheden bij klanten. In deze spilfunctie speel je een cruciale rol in het klantcontact en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten lopen van de serviceafdeling. Je houdt overzicht over storingsmeldingen, onderhoudscontracten, en dringende interventies, en zorgt ervoor dat alles tijdig en volgens de wettelijke vereisten wordt afgehandeld.
Jouw taken omvatten onder andere:
- Het aannemen en verwerken van inkomende storingsmeldingen via telefoon en e-mail.
- Het prioriteren van interventies op basis van dringendheid, impact en klantafspraken.
- Het inplannen en opvolgen van servicetechniekers.
- Het onderhouden van contact met klanten over planning en voortgang.
- Administratieve verwerking van servicebonnen en koelmiddelboekhouding volgens F-gassen regelgeving.
- Het ondersteunen van de voorbereidingen voor offertes en werkdocumenten.
- Het bestellen en opvolgen van onderdelen in overleg met techniekers.
Voor deze functie zoeken wij een stressbestendige en georganiseerde medewerker die goed kan schakelen in een dynamische omgeving. Jouw profiel omvat:
- Idealiter een diploma in een technische/wetenschappelijke middelbaaropleiding of bacheloropleiding.
- Een sterk gevoel voor organisatie en het kunnen stellen van prioriteiten.
- Professionele en klantgerichte communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Nauwkeurigheid en een oog voor administratieve details.
- Affiniteit met techniek; ervaring met koeltechnieken, HVAC of technische dispatching is een plus.
- Kennis van Outlook, Excel en ERP- of planningssoftware.
- Zelfstandigheid in je werk, maar ook een teamplayer.
- Een goede beheersing van het Nederlands. Kennis van Frans is een plus.
- Ervaring in een serviceplanning of dispatching rol is een plus.
- Bekendheid met F-gassen administratie of koelmiddelregistratie is een plus.
