Job Title: Sales Admin / Rental Coordinator Location: Rochester, NY Base Pay Range: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour Medical benefits, matching 401(k), paid time off and more. Qualifications Strong Work Ethic Mission-driven Proactive Problem Solver Client-Centric Empathetic Multitasker Tech-savvy Empathetic and compassionate: pride in creating warm customer experiences Technology proficiency: quick to learn new systems and solve problems Organized with keen eye for detail, produce quality reports and documents, no detail falls through cracks Essential Job Functions Within the first 30 days: Becomes the initial welcoming contact with clients upon entering the store, provides a friendly and helpful reception. Begin training on corporate processes including money handling, invoicing, opening/closing batch, and paperwork processing. Manage multiple clients, projects, tasks, and lines of communication across 30‑70 daily calls via multiple phone lines. Within the first 60 days and ongoing: Act as liaison for all incoming calls, build rapport, return calls, outreach to clients to introduce new products. Ensure all client accounts are up‑to‑date, call accounts to collect aged receivables each month as needed, support sales staff. Within the first 90 days and ongoing: Fully understand store operations, support the team, take on ad hoc administrative projects assigned by the General Manager. Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current clients, run rentals and wheelchair sales. Education, Skills & Experience High School diploma/GED and a valid driver’s license. 3+ years of proven customer service experience in a fast‑paced office; medical office experience a plus. Experience maintaining & updating CRMs. Beginner to intermediate experience in MS Word & Excel preferred. Experience with standard office record keeping, including reconciliation of cash and receipts. Ability to engage prospective clients with exceptional customer service, driving sales forward. Experience in inventory management and ordering procedures a plus. Bilingual a plus. BraunAbility is an equal opportunity employer.
