- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years' experience.
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- 6 months of nursing (RN) experience.
- ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire. Advanced CPI, TNCC/ATCN, and ENPC within 1 year of hire.
