Aire Serv of the Sioux Empire is looking for a Sales & Customer Experience Manager to help lead the next stage of our growth.
This is not a traditional sales manager position.
You will not spend your day sitting behind a desk reviewing spreadsheets.
You will be in the field coaching salespeople, training technicians, improving follow-up processes, reviewing customer interactions, increasing close rates, and helping us create a world‑class customer experience.
We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead our sales efforts and ensure exceptional service delivery in Sioux Falls, SD.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Oversee customer service operations to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Train and mentor the sales and customer service teams.
Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify improvement areas.
Collaborate with marketing to promote services and enhance brand awareness.
Build strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
Manage and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales and customer service management.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for service excellence.

Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred.
