* Are a currently licensed Massage Therapist in Indiana

*Responsibilities*
* Provide customized massage services based on each guest’s needs and goals
* Deliver an elevated, thoughtful, and professional guest experience from start to finish
* Build relationships that encourage repeat visits and client loyalty
* Maintain a clean, organized, relaxing treatment room
* Complete consultation forms and service notes as required
* Collaborate with the Solaris team to support guest retention, rebooking, and overall spa growth
* Follow all Indiana licensing, sanitation, and safety requirements
*Qualifications*
* Current Indiana Massage Therapy license required
* Previous massage experience preferred, but we are open to meeting the right therapist at different stages of their career
* Strong communication and customer-service skills
* Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
* A passion for wellness, self-care, and helping guests feel their best
