Network Engineer (Managed Services Team) This role is responsible for designing, deploying, and supporting Microsoft‑based networks within a proactive MSP environment, leveraging RMM tools to monitor, maintain, and secure client systems.
You will work closely with small to mid‑size business clients to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable IT solutions—often onsite during regular business hours, with flexibility to respond when critical issues arise. We value professionals who take ownership, think strategically, and consistently go beyond reactive support to prevent issues before they impact productivity.

Desktop Engineer (MSP / Managed Services Environment) This role focuses on the deployment, support, and proactive maintenance of desktop and notebook systems for small to mid‑size business clients within an MSP/RMM environment.
You will be responsible for installing, configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting end‑user devices, leveraging remote management tools to resolve issues efficiently and minimize downtime.

Sales Executive (Managed IT / MSP Services) This role focuses on consultative, solution‑based selling—helping businesses understand how proactive IT management, security, and support can improve efficiency and reduce risk.
The ideal candidate is a motivated professional with a strong work ethic who thrives in a results‑driven, team‑oriented environment. A BA/BS degree is preferred. Prior business‑to‑business sales experience—particularly within technology, IT services, or related fields—is a plus, but not required for candidates who demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and a strong desire to succeed.
