Deine Aufgaben...
  • Du gewährleistest die rechtzeitige und qualitativ hochwertige Bereitstellung von Finanzdaten bezüglich Personalkosten an das Managementteam.
  • Du betreust eigenverantwortlich HR-Controlling-Themen mit Schwerpunkt auf Personalkosten (inkl. Rückstellungen) und stellst eine korrekte Personalkostenberichterstattung sicher.
  • Du analysierst und prognostizierst Personalkosten (Ist vs. Budget/Forecast) und erläuterst wesentliche Treiber und Abweichungen.
  • Du unterstützt zentrale Accounting-Prozesse, einschließlich der Kostenstellenrechnung und der Finanzbuchhaltung nach nationalen (HGB) und internationalen (USGAAP) Richtlinien.
Dein Profil...
  • Du hast bereits einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion sammeln können.
  • Du hast dein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit einem Schwerpunkt im Bereich Finanz- und Rechnungswesen erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder bist vergleichbar ausgebildet.
  • Du hast ein umfangreiches Verständnis der allgemein anerkannten Rechnungslegungsgrundsätze sowie sehr gute MS Excel-Kenntnisse und kennst dich mit Buchhaltungssystemen wie z.B. SAP aus.
  • Du analysierst gerne Daten mithilfe deiner eigenständige Arbeitsweise und deinem Organisationstalent und hast Spaß im Umgang und in der Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern.
