Our Advertising & Promotions team operates at the intersection of e-commerce and advertising, surfacing and monetizing relevant content that benefits our core audiences. We provide digital solutions to help advertisers reach DoorDash audiences. The strategy & operations team is responsible for managing the product and go-to-market strategy for our ads & promotions products.

As the Director, Restaurant Ads & Promos- Strategy & Operations, SMB Growth, you will lead a team responsible for setting the strategy, vision and go to market for our ads and promotions offering across our SMB restaurant business. You'll work cross functionally with the ad sales team, product, marketing, analytics and finance.

• Build: Develop the product and go to market strategy for the SMB ads business
• Partner: Work cross functionally with product, sales, finance, marketing, design and engineering to achieve goals
• Lead: Manage and develop a team focused on driving growth for SMB restaurants
• Influence: Serve as the trusted voice of the customer across the organization while building relationships with SMB partners

• You have experience building and scaling products and businesses; digital advertising experience preferred
• You are a proven leader and collaborator and have built, developed and managed high growth teams across an organization
• You have a proven track record of leading cross functional initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a complex and fast moving environment
• You are comfortable leveraging data and insights to prioritize the strategy; experience owning a P&L preferred
• You have 12+ years of experience in consulting, strategy & operations, business development or operations with direct management experience; high growth startup experience preferred
