Functieomschrijving Jouw opdracht
- Je hebt beleidsverantwoordelijkheid binnen de groep. Je werkt aan strategische doelstellingen en een meerjarenplanning;
- Je volgt de trends en ontwikkelingen in de sector zowel op vlak van het welbevinden van de bewoners als op vlak van zorgorganisatie en je geeft de gezamenlijk visie vorm in persoonlijke contacten, de teamwerking, de organisatie van de huizen en de groep.
- Je maakt deel uit van het directieteam van Woonzorgnet – Dijleland.
- Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de algemeen directeur en werkt nauw samen met financiële en facilitaire directie en de andere directeurs.
- Je hebt de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor de zorg en de werkorganisatie in twee van onze huizen.
- Je geeft leiding en coacht een team van 100 medewerkers.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aanbieden en de organisatie van een kwaliteitsvolle leef- en woonomgeving voor mensen met zorg en trekt mee aan de kar rond innovatie en evolutie.
- Je bouwt actief aan een netwerk met de buurt en binnen de regio, en onderhoudt meerdere regionale intersectorale samenwerkingsverbanden.
- Je behaalde een masterdiploma of bouwt verder op evenwaardige ervaring.
- Je hebt een uitgesproken belangstelling voor ouderenzorg. Ervaring in de sector is een troef, maar wij zijn bereid ook andere relevante ervaring te valoriseren.
- Je bent contactvaardig, diplomatisch, discreet, dynamisch, stressbestendig, innovatief en kritisch ingesteld.
- Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen en coachen van medewerkers en teams en kan een visie ontwikkelen op team- en werkorganisatie.
- Je hebt een open vizier, bent bereid om bij te leren en kan verandering in goede banen leiden
