$120K+ annual salary depending on qualifications and experience

Strong client relationships and consistent project pipeline

You'll serve as the go-to leader for our Project Superintendents, guiding daily operations, refining systems, and developing people. This boots-on-the-ground role demands proactive leadership and a commitment to mentorship. Based in Richardson, TX, this position will oversee field activity across multiple job sites in the region.

Mentor and coach Superintendents to improve leadership, planning, and technical execution

Manage project QA/QC processes using Procore and company standards

Assist in scheduling, manloading, and milestone planning for ongoing projects

Lead jobsite safety culture, coordinate with safety consultants and enforce protocols

Oversee monthly technical training and quarterly evaluations for field electricians

Handle preconstruction activities, code compliance, and labor forecasting

Build strong field-level customer relationships

Drive continuous improvement, productivity, and field team accountability

Proven leadership in supervising and mentoring field teams, especially Superintendents

Strong background in electrical construction and project management

Experience with Procore, ConEst, Bluebeam, Excel, and related software

Ability to manage cost, productivity, safety, and jobsite coordination

Skilled in coaching, conflict resolution, delegation, and strategic planning

Must be hands-on, approachable, and willing to lead by example in the field
