Your Role As a Senior Sales Representative at MedTranscribe AI, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. Your responsibilities will include identifying and engaging potential customers, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, and closing high-value deals. You will leverage your expertise in sales and healthcare technology to educate prospects on our solutions, demonstrating how our AI-powered platform enhances their operations. You will be instrumental in shaping our sales strategy, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Your Impact Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including physicians, hospital administrators, and practice managers.
Drive full-cycle sales, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and onboarding new customers.
Educate potential clients on the benefits and ROI of MedTranscribe AI’s solutions.
Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and ensure alignment with customer needs.
Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs, competitive offerings, and industry trends.
Represent MedTranscribe AI at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and build brand awareness.
What You Bring Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare technology, SaaS, or medical software.
Strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies, manage pipelines, and close deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport with clients and translate complex solutions into clear value propositions.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Experience selling to healthcare professionals and understanding of medical workflows is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales enablement tools.
Base Salary:
$60,000-$80,000 annually (based on experience)
Commission:
Competitive, performance-based commission structure
