Über
Voor een internationale speler zoeken we een tijdelijke Real Estate Coordinator die het vastgoedportfolio van de winkels mee opvolgt en optimaliseert.
Je fungeert als centrale schakel tussen interne teams, verhuurders en externe partners en zorgt voor een vlotte administratieve, financiële en operationele opvolging.
Het gaat over een opdracht met opstart zo snel mogelijk tot zeker eind september met kans op verlenging.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor ongeveer 160 stores.
Jouw takenpakket:
1. Contractbeheer & relaties
- Opvolging van huurcontracten (verlengingen, indexaties, opzeggingen).
- Contact onderhouden met verhuurders, makelaars en partners.
- Ondersteunen bij onderhandelingen en contractwijzigingen .
- Opvolgen van risico’s en mogelijke geschillen.
2. Analyse & optimalisatie
- Analyseren van vastgoedkosten en voorstellen doen tot optimalisatie .
- Bezoeken van sites en evalueren van nieuwe locaties.
- Ondersteunen bij openingen, verhuis en sluitingen .
- Uitvoeren van plaatsbeschrijvingen en controles.
3. Budget & administratie
- Opvolgen van vastgoedbudgetten .
- Controleren en valideren van facturen.
- Rapporteren aan management.
- Beheer en update van alle vastgoeddata.
Profiel Wie zoeken we?
- Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in commercieel vastgoed.
- Je bent sterk georganiseerd en nauwkeurig.
- Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Je bent proactief en kal zelfstandig werken.
- Je bent flexibel en bereid om te reizen.
- Je bent in het bezit van een eigen wagen - alle afstanden worden correct vergoed.
- Zeer goede kenis Nederlands
