Job Responsibilities- Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
- Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members.
- May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.)
- Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
- At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team
- Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction
- Strong problem solving skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Starting Hourly Rate - $24.00 - $28.00, as well as an additional $2/hour for certain shifts worked after midnight
About UsBeginning as a hot dog cart in New York City's Madison Square Park, Shake Shack was created by Danny Meyer, Founder and CEO of Union Square Hospitality Group and best-selling author of Setting the Table. Shack Fans lined up daily, making the cart a resounding success, and donating all proceeds back to the park beautification efforts.
