Front Line Manager

The Convenient Wholesalers of America has been in business for the past 30+ years and is currently looking for a front line manager to implement and apply professional experience and skills. Work schedule is mostly set depending on business needs with a bi-weekly pay with guaranteed overtime. Work with great team members & supervisors side by side. There's a wide variety of products for our customers to choose and order.

Front Line Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

A Front Line Manager is responsible for handling day-to-day operations of a warehouse including monitoring productivity of team. Managers often work in busy environment where priorities can change at a moment's notice, so an ability to multitask and delegate is essential with this role. Key job duties and responsibilities include:

  • Being professional and having work ethical morality.
  • Responsible for verification and login of incoming orders, assign preparing and processing through the system with any updates and modifications requested to be done.
  • Get involved in order preparation as needed due to overflow work or during absence of team members.
  • Assigning workloads and daily tasks to warehouse associates.
  • Daily track of inventory being received by a group chat with receiving area.
  • Ensure incoming inventories are moved to the designated shelves and are organized, date rotated and stocked.
  • Handle front delivery and receiving from vendors / drivers by checking counts and dates.
  • Verify all outgoing orders accuracy prior to shipping.
  • Process customer returns and ensure all returned goods are restocked on shelves, repack and recover damages and missing goods for resale.
  • Handle training and discipline of the warehouse staff.
Candidates with previous experience:
  • Gas Station Merchandiser.
  • Grocery distribution center.
  • Wholesale Warehouse.
  • Logistics and supply chain.

  • Monday-Friday schedule.
  • Saturday & Sunday usually off with some weekends required for organizing the floor.

Starting Pay:

$17.00-$18.00 hr.

Schedule:

9:00 am thru 7:00 pm.
