The Maintenance Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the operational efficiency and safety of real estate properties within the rental and leasing sector. This position is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities, coordinating with maintenance staff, and ensuring timely resolution of repair and upkeep issues to maintain high standards of property condition. The supervisor will develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of building systems and equipment. Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations across multiple properties, including scheduling and assigning tasks to maintenance technicians.

Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce emergency repairs and prolong equipment life.
