We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our software development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing web applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences. Key Responsibilities
Design user interfaces for web applications using modern UI components and responsive design principles Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interaction flows to effectively communicate design ideas Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions Ensure consistency in design across platforms and maintain design standards and guidelines Transform complex requirements into simple, user-centric design solutions Continuously improve user experience by applying best practices and design trends Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in UI/UX design, especially for web applications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Strong experience in: UI components and responsive web design Creating wireframes, mockups, graphics, layouts, and prototypes Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator (AI) Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design Strong critical thinking, creative thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Good verbal and written English communication skills (IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent) Nice to Have (Optional)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for design feasibility Familiarity with design systems or component libraries Employee Benefits and Perks
