Jouw rol
Als Salaris Consultant word je ingezet bij verschillende opdrachtgevers in de Randstad. Je ondersteunt, adviseert en ontzorgt klanten bij hun salarisadministratie en HR-vraagstukken. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar kunt altijd terugvallen op het Tilstra-team. Naast de reguliere salarisverwerking denk je proactief mee over procesverbeteringen, automatisering en klantgerichte oplossingen.
Wat ga je doen?
- Verwerken en controleren van salarismutaties en personeelsgegevens.
- Beantwoorden van complexe vragen over loon, cao’s, pensioen en wet- en regelgeving.
- Signaleren van knelpunten en kansen bij de klant en deze vertalen naar concrete adviezen.
- Meewerken aan projecten zoals implementaties, audits, optimalisaties en automatisering.
- Kennis delen met collega’s en bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van Professionals.
Jouw belangrijkste competenties

- Analyseren – Je doorgrondt complexe salarisvraagstukken en vertaalt ze naar heldere oplossingen.
- Mondeling communiceren – Je communiceert professioneel met klanten, collega’s en stakeholders.
- Plannen en organiseren – Je houdt overzicht en bewaakt deadlines bij meerdere klanten tegelijk.
- Zelfsturing en -ontwikkeling – Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen groei en prestaties.
- Flexibel reageren – Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen systemen, klanten en situaties.
- Initiatief nemen – Je ziet kansen, denkt mee en komt met verbetervoorstellen.
Wie we zoeken
- Minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring in de salarisadministratie.
- Praktijkdiploma Loonadministratie (PDL) of vergelijkbaar, of bereid dit te behalen.
- Ervaring met meerdere salarissystemen (bijv. Nmbrs, AFAS, Loket.nl, RAET/Youforce, Visma | Raet).
- Accuratesse, servicegerichtheid en stressbestendigheid.
- Beschikbaarheid van minimaal 32 uur per week en bereidheid om te reizen binnen de Randstad.
