Prolific Digital is a boutique creative web design and branding studio built around mission-driven organizations. We're a small, intentional team that does meaningful work for clients who care about what they're building. We're looking for a Digital Product & Delivery Manager to own client relationships and drive complex digital projects from kickoff to launch.
*The Role*
This role sits at the intersection of product thinking, technical problem solving, and client delivery. You'll blend responsibilities across product management, business analysis, and delivery leadership—leading client conversations, translating ideas into well-defined requirements, collaborating closely with designers and developers, and ensuring projects move smoothly from discovery through launch. If you enjoy sitting between clients, designers, and developers and making things actually ship—this is the role.
*What You'll Do*
_Client Leadership & Discovery_
* Lead project kickoff calls and discovery workshops to understand goals, requirements, and constraints
* Facilitate conversations around site structure, user experience, and functionality
* Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication across active projects
* Translate client goals and feedback into clear product requirements and delivery plans
_Technical Collaboration_
* Work closely with developers to evaluate technical feasibility and define implementation approaches
* Help scope custom functionality such as WordPress plugins, integrations, and platform features
* Translate technical tradeoffs and constraints back to clients in a clear, approachable way
* Assess integration complexity and requirements for APIs, third-party services, and backend systems
_Delivery & Sprint Management_
* Manage 4–6 concurrent digital projects simultaneously across discovery, design, development, and launch
* Prepare and maintain tickets with clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and supporting assets
* Coordinate sprint planning and ensure work is ready for development
* Monitor sprint progress and proactively identify blockers or risks
_Quality Assurance & Documentation_
* Review completed work to ensure it meets project requirements and quality standards
* Perform QA testing and document findings before work is delivered to clients
* Maintain tight documentation in Notion and ticketing systems
* Record Loom walkthroughs or summaries of completed work for client reviews
_Client Reviews & Launch_
* Lead sprint review meetings and walkthroughs of completed work
* Gather client feedback and translate it into the next iteration of work
* Support launch preparation and ensure a smooth transition into post-launch support
_Additional Contributions_
* Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, documentation, and delivery workflows
* Support project estimation by reviewing proposals, timelines, and technical complexity
* Help maintain accountability across teams by keeping timelines, milestones, and deliverables on track
*What We're Looking For*
* 4–8 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Digital Project Management
* Experience working in an agency, consulting, or client-facing environment
* Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
* Comfort facilitating client discovery sessions, kickoff meetings, and solution discussions
* Strong written documentation skills for requirements, acceptance criteria, and project artifacts
* Comfort with web/digital projects—WordPress, WooCommerce, custom builds—enough to speak intelligently with developers
* Experience writing SOWs and managing client budgets and timelines
* Familiarity with tools like Notion, Attio, and basic sprint/agile workflows
*Skills & Tools*
We're a modern, AI-forward team. Comfort with the following is expected:
* *Notion* — primary workspace for documentation, project tracking, and internal knowledge
* *Claude* — we use AI actively across research, writing, planning, and problem solving; comfort with AI tools generally is a must
* *Loom* — async video walkthroughs for client reviews and internal handoffs
* *Google Workspace* — Docs, Sheets, Drive for collaboration and file management
* *Slack* — primary internal communication
A fundamental understanding of the following is a plus—you don't need to build with them, but knowing how they work makes you significantly more effective in this role:
* *WordPress* — our most common development platform
* *Next.js / React* — used across custom builds and modern web projects
* *Supabase* — used in internal tooling and select client projects
*What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)*
* You've taken full ownership of your project load without needing to be managed
* Clients feel the transition and know who to call
* The internal team has visibility into every project through clean, consistent documentation
* You've identified at least one process gap and proposed a fix

We don't have layers of management, bloated processes, or work that exists for the sake of looking busy. We move quickly, trust each other, and take pride in doing thoughtful work for clients who care about what they're building. If you need a rigid structure to function, this probably isn't the right fit. If you thrive when you have ownership and latitude—this is it.
*Compensation & Benefits*
*Salary:* $70,000–$80,000 depending on experience
*Total compensation perspective:* At the top of this range with full benefits, the complete package is valued at approximately $95,000–$100,000+ annually when factoring in:

* 401(k) with 5% company match (eligible after year one)
* 2 weeks paid vacation
* 2 weeks paid company closure at the end of the year
* 11 federal holidays off
