In this position, you will have the opportunity to :
- Organize and coordinate all production activities in accordance with priorities to ensure that objectives are met
- Maintain a safe, respectful work environment and climate based on the organization's values
- Plan and allocate resources (human and material) to ensure the smooth operation of equipment
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators and production results
- Identify production-related problems, participate in identifying areas for improvement and propose solutions to optimize productivity in collaboration with experts
- Ensure that products comply with quality standards and technical specifications, and manage failures with workers
- Guide and supervise employees, train them in work procedures and safety rules, and evaluate their performance
- Enforce the company's rules of conduct, manage cases of non-compliance, take appropriate disciplinary action, and document incidents
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts

Profile
With the following skills and qualities, you'll be successful in this role:
- Work schedule: 3 X 12h night shifts from 19:00 to 07:00 + 1 Saturday per month
- 3 to 5 years' experience supervising staff, in a unionized and manufacturing environment
- Ability to plan, organize, direct and control
- Good people management skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- Sense of autonomy, resourcefulness and teamwork
- Ability to express suggestions for process improvement
- Knowledge of production management computer system and Office365 suite.
