Overview Location: Remote (U.S.-based; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST preferred). Duration: Project-based contract (Targeting July 2026 - May 2027). Client Profile: Leading, multi-billion‑dollar enterprise within the insurance/financial services space. Compensation Range: $60 – $68 per hour. An industry‑leading, global financial services organization seeks a senior‑level, project‑based Marketing Project Manager to drive the internal execution of a highly strategic corporate rebranding initiative. This high‑visibility project involves unifying our brand architecture and aligning multiple business segments into a cohesive parent brand structure. Reporting directly to the VP of Brand & CX (with dotted‑line reporting to the CMO), you will act as a hands‑on lead and player‑coach, personally managing two of the project's three major internal workstreams while guiding the daily workloads of two Project Coordinators. We are looking for a highly autonomous, senior PM with an enterprise‑scale mindset and a low‑ego approach—someone equally comfortable facilitating high‑stakes alignment with executive leaders as they are handling tactical administration. JOBID: 052026-132236 Responsibilities Drive end‑to‑end execution of rebrand initiatives, managing two primary internal rebrand workstreams from initial charters to final rollout. Mentor and manage the day‑to‑day project workloads and deliverables for two internal Project Coordinators. Deliver weekly status updates and monthly performance reporting to the VP of Brand & CX and the CMO. Partner closely with an external third‑party vendor PM and internal IT PM to align cross‑functional dependencies, risks, and timelines. Maintain "audit-ready" project artifacts (charters, status reports, detailed schedules, risk logs) using Smartsheet and Confluence. Lead project meetings (kickoffs, risk reviews), document outcomes, and drive accountability across distributed teams. Qualifications 7+ years of project management experience, including direct experience within Insurance, Wholesale Brokerage, Financial Services, or Banking. Must have experience navigating highly regulated corporate matrix environments. Proven track record of owning large‑scale, complex initiatives end‑to‑end. (This role is not suited for startup or boutique agency backgrounds). Proven ability to manage, assign tasks to, and guide junior project management or coordinator talent. Strong grounding in structured project management practices (PMI/PMBOK‑style processes, structured artifacts). A true team player comfortable working independently to make sound decisions, who views no tactical task (like note‑taking or scheduling) as beneath them. Preferred: Prior experience contributing to corporate rebranding, brand architecture consolidation, or M&A integrations. Preferred: Background managing marketing, creative, or digital projects (experience with DAM system rollouts or workflow routing tools is a major plus). High proficiency with Smartsheet (for detailed scheduling/dependency tracking) and Confluence. Experience with MS 365 Stack; JIRA is a plus. Logistics & Environment Working Hours: Core hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST preferred to align with East Coast leadership. Equipment Provided: A comprehensive remote hardware package will be provided (Company laptop, dual monitors, docking station, and accessories).
