This opportunity is ideal for anyone considering a career change. You don’t need previous instructing experience — just a professional attitude, good people skills and the willingness to learn. We’ll train you from the start and guide you all the way to becoming an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI).

Excellent Earning Potential (£38/hour typical lesson rates) Lesson rates average around £38 per hour, supporting strong income whether you work part-time or full-time. For example, working 32 hours per week can deliver earnings up to £39k per year, and those working 40hrs have the opportunity to reach £50,000+.

Local Work, Less Travel Most instructors teach within 30 minutes of home, typically covering 6–8 postcodes, helping you maximise teaching time and reduce travel.
Earn While You Train After passing DVSA Part 2, you are able to apply for a trainee licence, allowing you to begin teaching and earning sooner while completing the final stage of qualification.

Eligibility (DVSA Requirements) To apply, you must:
Hold a full UK driving licence for at least 3 years
Have no more than 5 penalty points
Have no bans in the last 5 years
Be reliable, patient, and confident communicating with people
