TASKS
Act as the primary commercial point of contact for Distributed Generation customers and partners in the Nordics.
Maintain regular interaction with distributors, EPCs, installers, and C&I customers to understand market needs, customer requirements, and project expectations from both a technical and commercial perspective, taking into account Nordic market specificities.
Develop and manage strong distributor relationships, supporting product positioning, demand creation, forecasting, and ensuring effective communication of LONGi’s module value proposition.
For C&I, actively support the development of PV and PV + BESS solutions, working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure technical alignment, commercial competitiveness, and bankability.
Collect, analyze, and share market and competitive intelligence related to modules, storage solutions, pricing, go‑to‑market models, and customer trends in the Nordics, supporting regional sales and marketing strategies.
Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts while ensuring all opportunities, customer interactions, and project pipelines are properly recorded and updated in LONGi’s CRM and internal systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute account and channel strategies that strengthen LONGi’s position as a leading module supplier and PV + BESS solution partner in the Nordic market.
Plan, coordinate, and participate in customer and channel engagement activities, including distributor meetings, technical trainings, customer workshops, trade fairs, reference projects, and factory or supply chain visits when required.
Leverage LONGi’s technological leadership, quality standards, bankability, sustainability credits, and expanding BESS portfolio to deliver differentiated and competitive solutions adapted to local DG market needs.
Proactively propose creative and customer‑centric solutions to address customer challenges, support project success, and build long‑term partnerships.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage complex contractual negotiations involving multiple stakeholders.
Experience with value selling and designing an account development strategy/plan.
Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively.
Good verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Swedish and English.
