Relevant du superviseur aux opérations , vous serez le principal lien entre les entrepreneurs en travaux sylvicoles et Rexforêt . Vous veillerez à la bonne marche des projets, à la qualité des travaux et au respect des normes environnementales et de sécurité.
Principales responsabilités- Transmettre aux entrepreneurs toutes les informations opérationnelles utiles au bon fonctionnement des projets et réaliser le suivi des travaux terrain;
- Mesurer les superficies de travaux à l’aide d’outils GPS et produire les représentations cartographiques;
- Effectuer des relevés pour évaluer la qualité et la quantité des travaux réalisés;
- Vérifier la conformité des travaux selon les normes de qualité, d’environnement et de santé et sécurité du travail de Rexforêt;
- Communiquer les résultats des suivis et s’assurer de la mise en place des correctifs requis;
- Rédiger des rapports techniques (production, qualité, environnement, SST) pour le superviseur aux opérations;
- S’assurer que les infrastructures d’accès répondent aux objectifs et apporter les ajustements nécessaires;
- Collaborer avec les responsables de la certification, de la santé et de la sécurité;
- Analyser les rapports d’inventaire forestier aux fins d'approbation par le chef planification;
- Participer à l’évaluation de la performance des entrepreneurs et à l’analyse des rapports de fin de saison;
- Possibilité d’utiliser un drone pour évaluer certains critères de qualité.

- Souci du détail, bonne capacité d'analyse;
- Esprit de travail en équipe, bon communicateur;
- Débrouillard, autonome;
- Le poste exige une bonne condition physique.
Exigences
- DEP ou DEC en foresterie avec 2-3 ans d’expérience;
- Être détenteur d’un permis de conduire valide;
- Maîtrise les normes et règlements sur forêt publique;
- Atouts: Maîtrise Office 365, ArcGis
