The Role We're hiring a hands-on Security Administrator to be our dedicated security expert. You'll own security across our M365 environment, network perimeter, and endpoints - working directly alongside a close-knit IT team rather than inside a siloed security function.
What You'll Do
Own M365 security: email, DLP, information protection, and Entra ID (Conditional Access, PIM, MFA).
Configure and manage next-generation firewalls, VPNs, and network perimeter controls.
Run XDR and SIEM platforms end‑to‑end - from deployment to analytic rule authoring and alert tuning.
Lead incident response across the full lifecycle and communicate risk clearly to non‑technical leadership.
What We're Looking For
3–6 years of hands‑on security or security‑adjacent IT experience.
Proven M365 and Entra ID security experience (Conditional Access, PIM, DLP, MFA).
End‑to‑end EDR/XDR and SIEM ownership - CrowdStrike or comparable platform required.
NGFW and VPN configuration experience; Palo Alto preferred, PCNSE a plus.
Familiarity with NIST CSF, Zero Trust, and financial institution security requirements.
Strong communicator who can translate technical risk for a non‑technical audience.
