Lia Hyundai Enfield is seeking Internet Sales/Business Development Center Agents to join our team.
COMPENSATION RANGE: $40K-$65K+.
SIGN ON BONUS: Based on experience.
Requirements
Willing to work nights and weekends
Organized and ambitious self‑starter with enthusiastic personality
Prompt and courteous
Prior experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone, via email and text, and face‑to‑face
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Must have a clean and valid driver’s license
Key Responsibilities
Answer both internet and phone leads and maintain follow‑up until an appointment is made
Reach out to missed appointments
Work with a team that streamlines the process for customers and keeps effective communication among BDC, sales, and management
Use CRM daily
Answer customer questions about product knowledge and current specials
Set appointments
Follow up with customers who have already come in to continue helping in the search
