Role Description We're looking for a social-first creative who can translate the SylvanSport world into content people stop to watch, share, and act on. You're equal parts storyteller and creator—someone with a strong point of view on what great content looks like, a feel for how outdoor culture moves online, and the skills to make it happen yourself.
As our Social Media Content Creator, you'll create original content for our social channels including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond. In this role, you will concept and produce content, manage creator partnerships, and use performance data to sharpen what we make. You'll help amplify the SylvanSport story from the inside out.
This role is for a doer. Someone who can pitch a campaign in the morning and shoot a reel in the afternoon and create the graphics and content the same day.
Responsibilities Social Media Strategy & Content Creation to drive revenue
Create short-form, product-focused video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts that drives sales
Concept, shoot, and edit videos and photos —ranging from scrappy UGC-style to more polished brand content
Stay on top of content trends and quickly adapt them to fit the brand and product lineup
Stay ahead of trends, platform shifts, and algorithm changes to keep our content timely and effective
Generate high-quality photo, video, and graphic assets that are distinctly SylvanSport
Brand Amplification
Develop a content strategy that reflects the SylvanSport voice and grows the brand in the RV, outdoor, and adventure space and drives sales
Turn behind-the-scenes moments, product stories, and brand milestones into compelling social content
Influencer & Creator Partnerships
Identify and source creators in the RV, outdoor, camping, overlanding, and adventure travel space
Manage outreach, product seeding, and content coordination
Guide creators toward content that's usable for organic and paid channels
Repurpose UGC and influencer content into high-performing assets
Analytics & Performance
Build and maintain dashboards to track social KPIs and content performance
Deliver regular reporting with clear takeaways—not just data, but what it means and what we should do next
Use performance insights to continuously sharpen creative decisions
All content creation should ultimately drive revenue
Qualifications
1-3 years of social media content creation plus digital brand marketing for a consumer brand (internship experience considered)
Portfolio of video and graphic content with demonstrated results (engagement, growth, or sales impact) - applicants without sample short-form video content (Reels) will not be considered
Ability to shoot and edit video independently—comfortable on both sides of the camera
Deep fluency in TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube: formats, culture, algorithms, and what makes content travel
Strong writing instincts—captions, hooks, and storytelling that sound like a real person
Experience with mobile-first editing tools (CapCut, InShot, or similar) and design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Comfortable using AI tools to move faster and iterate smarter
Experience or passion for outdoor, camping, overlanding, or travel brands
Experience in paid social advertising and performance-driven creative
Familiarity with AEO/GEO and structuring content for AI-driven discovery a plus
HubSpot or GA4 experience a plus
NICE TO HAVE QUALIFICATIONS E-commerce & Campaign Support
Create product website pages, social shopping channels, and paid social creative to drive sales
Partner with the broader marketing team to align content with launches, campaigns, and promotions
Graphic Design & Brand Asset Development
Create compelling graphic assets for social media, email marketing, website content, digital advertising, trade shows, dealer support materials, and product launches.
Develop branded templates and visual systems that ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Design marketing collateral including brochures, catalogs, event graphics, signage, presentations, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign concepts into visually engaging creative assets that drive engagement and conversion.
Support product launches with photography, graphics, infographics, and visual storytelling assets.
What We are Looking For... An entrepreneurial creative who can execute—pitching ideas one minute, producing content the next, and designing compelling visual assets that strengthen the SylvanSport brand. Fluent in platform-native content, outdoor culture, and visual storytelling. Someone who sees the thread between a product launch, a community moment, a viral trend, and a design opportunity—and knows how to pull them together into content that converts to sales.
